Library News

The Douglas County Public Library is having a used book sale February 6 through 18 in the front lobby of the Minden branch during regular library hours. All books will be 50% off.

Due to budget reductions, the library will be closed additional days during the 2011-2012 Fiscal Year.

You have a library card, but are you a FRIEND? Support from the Friends has allowed the library to promote children's summer reading programs, teen programs, and the library's One Book Douglas reading program. Their emphasis is to enrich the experience of children, our most important group of future citizens and leaders.
